Leadership – Kashif Parvaiz

Kashif Parvaiz  is Vice President, Cyber Consulting & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Arancia, where he leads the firm’s strategic cyber practice and advises C-suite executives and board members across diverse industries on strengthening security posture and organizational resilience.

With more than 20 years of experience across cybersecurity consulting, energy, higher education, and healthcare, Kashif has led, designed, and optimized complex security programs in both public- and private-sector organizations. For the past decade, he has served in executive leadership roles as a CISO. Prior to joining Arancia, he served as Regional CISO for a group of Ontario’s largest hospital networks and has directed enterprise programs spanning security awareness, vulnerability management, threat mitigation, security operations, and incident response.

Throughout his career, Kashif has successfully directed enterprise-wide programs in security awareness, vulnerability management, threat mitigation, security operations, and incident response  and multi-year roadmaps that measurably advance cyber maturity. He brings a combination of executive leadership, risk expertise, and security strategy to his work with Arancia clients.
