Leadership – Josh Leclerc

Josh Leclerc is Director, Cyber Strategy, Architecture & Solutions at Arancia, where he leads cybersecurity strategy, solution architecture, technical advisory, and executive-level risk engagement. In this role, Josh focuses on helping organizations turn complex security challenges into practical, well-architected solutions that improve resilience, reduce risk, and support business priorities.

With more than a decade of experience across cybersecurity, IT leadership, cloud security, identity, infrastructure, and risk management, Josh has built and led teams, programs, and solutions across healthcare, public sector, nonprofit, financial services, and enterprise environments. His experience includes serving as Director of IT and CISO at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, where he was responsible for leading technology and security programs in a complex healthcare environment. His work spans technical and executive audiences, from designing security architectures and solution strategies to facilitating tabletop exercises with technical teams, operational leaders, and senior leadership.

Throughout his career, Josh has focused on bridging the gap between security strategy, technical execution, and organizational leadership. He brings to Arancia a commitment to practical cybersecurity, trusted client partnership, and outcome-driven solutions, helping organizations modernize securely and build security programs that are effective, achievable, and aligned to the realities of their business.
