Leadership – Diego Marques

Diego Marques is Director of Offensive Security at Arancia, where he leads the global penetration testing practice, red team and adversary simulation operations, and the development of new offensive services. In this role, Diego works with CISOs to help them understand the threats they face and what needs to be done to strengthen their security posture.

With more than eight years of experience across penetration testing, red teaming, application security, and secure software development, Diego has built and led offensive security teams for clients in healthcare, finance, education, critical infrastructure, and IT. He has worked as an application security tech lead and as a penetration tester on hundreds of projects, specializing in testing across web, mobile, desktop, and API targets, and has taught secure development workshops to client engineering teams.

Throughout his career, Diego has focused on translating technical findings into decisions executives can act on. He brings to Arancia a commitment to helping clients find their exposures before attackers do, and to keeping the practice ahead of the techniques those attackers use next.
