Leadership – Salim Jaichi

Salim Jaichi is Chief People Officer at Arancia, where he partners with the executive team on people strategy, leadership, talent, employee experience, and the organizational capabilities needed to support the company’s continued growth.

With more than 20 years of experience across leadership development, talent, learning strategy and organizational change, Salim has built and led people and capability initiatives across large, complex organizations in both the private and public sectors. His experience spans retail, telecommunications, technology, financial services, supply chain, and government, including senior leadership roles at Loblaw Companies Limited and extensive work supporting leadership development within the Ontario Public Service. His work in workforce development and reskilling has also received industry recognition, including Brandon Hall Group awards.

Throughout his career, Salim has focused on turning business strategy into organizational capability, developing stronger leaders, building future-ready skills, and creating employee experiences that help people and organizations perform at their best. His work has included large-scale workforce upskilling and reskilling in emerging capabilities such as AI, analytics, software development, and cybersecurity.
