Leadership – Gilles Villeneuve

Gilles Villeneuve is Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Arancia, where he leads technology strategy, security platform development, research and development, and security engineering. In this role, Gilles focuses on building scalable, AI-powered security operations that accelerate threat detection and incident response.

With more than 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, enterprise infrastructure, security automation, and threat detection engineering, Gilles has designed and led solutions for managed security providers, financial services organizations, technology companies, and enterprise clients. At Arancia, he leads the development of an AI-powered cybersecurity platform combining security data, detection engineering, SOAR, and autonomous investigation capabilities. His previous experience includes serving as a Cloud Architect and Microsoft P-Seller at W4IT Brasil, where he designed and delivered Microsoft cloud and security solutions for complex client environments.

Throughout his career, Gilles has focused on turning complex security data into timely, actionable decisions. He leads with curiosity, pragmatism, and a commitment to intelligent automation, helping teams reduce operational complexity, respond to threats faster, and devote more attention to the work that requires human judgment.
